Meet Lauren
"Being a multi-hyphenate is...about dedicating your time to many things
that reflect who you are and remembering that you are not defined
by just one job title...." ~Emma Gannon
Hey there! My name is Lauren. Here's a little about me....
I've called the Lake Norman area home for just over 10 years, but I was born and raised on Long Island. I am married to a supportive husband (a rare NC native) and we have two beautiful daughters together.
I am a true multi-hyphenate individual! My work, interests, and passions have been, and continue to be, so diverse - an attorney, business executive, full-time SAHM, PTA president, girl scout leader, music lover, gardener, Reiki level 2 practitioner, yogi, clean living advocate, human design dabbler, metaphysics junkie, small business owner... the list goes on....!
More than anything, though, I want to be involved in heart-centered work that is meaningful, connective, and makes a positive impact in the community.
That is why earlier this year I became certified as a GiRLiFE empowerment coach for young girls. I want my daughters, and the next generation of young girls, to learn self-empowering life tools that establish a strong sense of self-love, courage, and confidence at an early age (something that was not available to me until much later in life).
I'm passionate about introducing girls to their many superpowers and I believe we need girls empowerment programs like GiRLiFE now more than ever! We need to give girls the inner-knowing that they are powerful beyond measure and can that they get through any and all experiences that may come their way.
I would love your support as I lovingly share this program with our community and I hope to see your daughter at one of my workshops. It's time to change the narrative for girls and women - let's make the change together!
The Heart Space Project Mission
I created The Heart Space Project with a mission to empower girls by fostering their self-confidence, nurturing their unique talents, and providing them with the tools and resources to thrive. I am dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive space where girls can discover their strengths, embrace their individuality, and develop the skills necessary to navigate the challenges of today's world. Through mentorship, education, and community engagement, I aim to inspire girls to become resilient leaders, change-makers, and advocates for themselves and others. My commitment to girls' empowerment is driven by the belief that every girl deserves the opportunity to reach her full potential and make a positive impact in her community and beyond.
